With your permission, we collect your GPS location to show you nearby users and improve match quality. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings. We never share precise location data with other users — only approximate distance is shown.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use JiwaLink, including swipes, matches, messages sent, features used, and time spent in the app. This helps us improve the service and personalise your experience.

Payment Information

If you purchase credits or a premium subscription, payment is processed securely by ToyyibPay. We do not store your card details. We retain transaction records (amount, date, package) for accounting purposes.

Communications

Messages sent through JiwaLink's in-app chat are stored on our servers to deliver them to recipients. We may review messages flagged for safety violations.

Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully By downloading or using JiwaLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use JiwaLink. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties.
You must notify us immediately at support@jiwalink.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use JiwaLink for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
Harass, bully, abuse, or threaten other users
Post false, misleading, or impersonating content
Share explicit or adult content without consent
Solicit money or financial information from other users
Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access JiwaLink
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
Use JiwaLink to advertise or promote third-party services without permission

4. Content & Profile

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, profile text). By posting content, you grant JiwaLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content within the platform.

You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.

5. Premium Subscriptions & Credits

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by currency and region. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice.

Credits

Credits are a virtual currency used within JiwaLink. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable. Unused credits do not expire but will be lost if your account is terminated for violations of these terms.

Refunds

All purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of technical errors or where required by applicable law. To request a refund, contact support@jiwalink.com.

6. Intellectual Property

JiwaLink and all its content, features, logos, and technology are owned by JiwaLink and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

JiwaLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that profiles are accurate. We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JiwaLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use JiwaLink ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
